Has anyone done this tour? How long is it and do you know if they ever run coupons?
thanks

The travelers who have done this tour have generally weighed in favorably about it. I think you can proably find their remarks by doing a search in the little field just above your original post.
Fire Engine Tour
We did the fire engine tour in Oct %26#39;06 with 4 children. The youngest was 5. It was fantastic, the engine went over the Golden Gate Bridge and because you are up higher than a car and without a roof on the engine the views around the whole of San Francisco are breathtaking. We didn%26#39;t find any coupons to use and the tours book out very quickly so prebook. Have a great time, we did.
It is great fun, we did it when the kids were 3 1/2 and 6. They loved it. It is about an hour and a half to two hours.
I don%26#39;t know if Embarcadero Center would have one, but I%26#39;d look into Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, Novato/ Marin or Pleasanton/ Livermore for Easter Egg hunts because those cities are more family orientated.
Thank so much for the info. I think we will do it. I was telling my husband about it and the kids got so excited about getting to ride in a Fire truck.
Hi
We were there in November and had booked for this, unfortunately it was cancelled as they do not operate when it%26#39;s raining as it%26#39;s open top. We searched for vouchers but as it%26#39;s such a popular trip we did not find any, it still seems good value though.
I forgot that I had bookmarked this video of the Fire Truck Tour. Take a look:
