Can anyone recommend a restaurant (or two) that can easily handle a group of 14? Looking for a nice place but not too pricey with great atmosphere and quiet enough to be able to converse.

Not sure what sort of price range you are looking for but::
Stella Mare is a good restaurant with several small and medium sized rooms which make nice places for small and medium sized groups.
Glen Annie golf course has a nice dining room, great for lunch with nice views from the patio.
