Channel Road Inn or Inn at Playa de Rey?

We will be spending 4 days in October visiting LA and we are looking for a relaxing place to stay. We like B%26amp;B sand we are doubting between two ';sister'; inns: Inn at Playa del Rey B%26amp;B and Channel Road Inn B%26amp;B in Santa Monica.

I believe both are lovely so would really appreciate it if anybody could give some advice on Santa Monica vs Playa de Rey?

Channel Road for sure. You%26#39;re in Santa Monica, a short walk to some of the best restaurants in LA (across the street!), Montana Avenue shops are just up the street (also an easy walk, if you are fit), and very close to the sights in LA (Playa del Rey is nice, but you have to add about 30-45 minutes to travel time to get to any sights).
