San Francisco Spas

Do any of you have experience with the Maharishi Ayurvedic Spa or TruSpa?

Saks usually recommends Tru Spa. Maybe she%26#39;ll weigh in. Otherwise, you might do a search using the field just above your original post (and just under the green bar). You%26#39;ll find a smattering of comments about it.

Thanks so much. I did a search and really did not find much. Maybe I did it wrong. I%26#39;ll try again.

I did read some really BAD reviews on a site called YELP about TruSpa. I%26#39;m trying to get boyfriend to enjoy the spa experience and don%26#39;t want to pick a bad first try for him.

TruSpa is good for basic treatments. If you like Bliss, in my opinion, TruSpa is some what similar in service. It isn%26#39;t an overly pampering spa experience, but it isn%26#39;t bad. Prices aren%26#39;t really that bad in my opinion. While I do recommend Tru, I%26#39;ll also say that I think that it can be more hit or miss than others.

I haven%26#39;t been to Maharishi so I can%26#39;t comment on that. I do recommend the Nob Hill Spa as well. It is expensive but is will be extremely pampering and it really should live up to the hype. I think if you%26#39;re at all worried, it%26#39;s a good choice for a first experience... unless he%26#39;s one who hates almost ';too'; attentive service.
