I don%26#39;t know whether it serves breakfast, but we like the tiny Mediterranean place directly across the street near Sacramento. You might ask concierge@hyatt.com.

A couple of places that aren%26#39;t that memorable, but do serve breakfast, are Le Regency at 18 California, and Bistro Burger at 21 Drumm. Both are across the street from the hotel. Lunch has lots more options. You can also find a Starbucks for coffee on Drumm, or a Pet%26#39;s at 1 California. A Walgreen%26#39;s on Drumm is a good spot to pick up odds and ends like drinks and snacks, for your room.

If you can take a MUNI down the embarcadero, head to Town%26#39;s End on Embarcadero and Townsend. You could also easily grab a taxi at the hotel, and for $5-6 , be at Town%26#39;s End in a flash.

You%26#39;ll be presented with a freshly baked basket of mini-muffins and scones, and have a VAST menu of choices ranging from oatmeal pancakes to frenchtoast to smoked salmon scramble.

There is a cite that I use for restaurant reviews called yelp.com, which is easy to use and have a ton of reviews for Bay Area restaurants. You can look up Town%26#39;s End and decide.
