Are there any restaurants in Carlsbad right on the beach or very close with beach views?

The only one in Carlsbad is Vigilucci%26#39;s steakhouse, this is across the street from the ocean.

Just down the 101 about 15 minutes in Cardiff by the Sea is

the Charthouse and Charlies by the Sea, both are on the beach.

Welcome to Carlsbad Village by the Sea! I have lived here ten beautiful years and enjyed it immensly! The three places with an ocean view are Harbor Fish Cafe, Vigiluccis and Dinis by the Sea. Vigiluccis (Italian) has the best food at an expensive price, Dinis (Seafood/American) is a bit cheaper with usually bland food (fun bar area though), while Harbor Fish (Seafood/American) is cheap and basic food, although their daily fish specials can be amazing! Give me an email if you woul like any further advice! We spent 3 weeks Down Under last March and enjotyed it a lot!
