Tours from Marina Del Rey

Hi Yogachik

I will be staying in the Marina Del Rey area and would like to visit the Universal Studios. Do you know of any tour companies that leave from this area. I understand that Starline and Gray Tours don%26#39;t, but can%26#39;t find out if All Los Angeles Tours does although I have sent them an email. Would a taxi be too expensive.

I would be most grateful for your help.

A taxi would be very expensive from the Marina to Universal - but if you could find a way to one of the Santa Monica hotels, you could begin your tour from, say, the Loews.

The easiest, of course, would be to rent a car and drive yourself there (and probably the least expensive!)

Went to book the tour through a different hotel like you said, and

managed to book it from my hotel this time. Must have been a gremlin in the works last time I tried. Just goes to show that it pays to try again another day.
