Holiday Inn Bayside

I just booked rooms for March at the Holiday Inn Bayside on N. Harbor Dr. for $134 per night. What is the Holiday Inn on the Bay? The trip advisor reviews seem pretty good for the HI Bayside, so I am hoping it will be a good hotel for the price? Also, do you know any moderately priced restaurants you would recommend in that area?

Holiday Inn Bayside

Holiday InnBayside is good if you have a car. Holiday Inn on the Bay is closer to downtown and public transportation so it is good if you do not have a car.

In one of the reviews they mention Pizza Nova (which I have never tried) and Point Loma Seafood( which we often go to fo r lunch.)Nearby is also the Old Venice Restaurant on Canon street. See www.oldvenicerestaurant.com

You are not far from all the downtown restaurantsand Shelter Island restaurants as well and parking meters are not on after 6PM so it is easier to park downtown.
