National Parks Pass?

Hi, we are planning on visiting at least 6 different national parks on our trip from San Francisco to Vegas.

We have heard of a national park pass that covers entry into all the parks it%26#39;s $80. I want to make sure that it covers the parks we are visitng but can%26#39;t find the info on the NP site.

We%26#39;re off to Yosemite, Zion, Death Valley, Bryce and Arches maybe a few more if we have time.

National Parks Pass?

The ones you mentioned are National Parks and so the pass would apply . It applies to ALL parks with the words ';National Park'; in their name.

National Parks Pass?

Thanks Riffsmom, we thought that might be the case but wanted to make sure before we spent our $80 :)

Scroll down to the bottom.

The park pass covers all sites administered by the U.S. National Park Service. This includes National Parks like those you mentioned, also National Monuments (Muir Woods, Cedar Breaks, Craters of the Moon), and any National Recreation Areas, National Seashores, and National Historic Sites that have entrance fees. They do not cover state or local parks.

There is no better recreation or travel bargain in the United States.

Hi, we purchased the pass at Yosemite on New Year%26#39;s Day. It does sound like a good deal for us since we plan on visiting Yosemite several times this year and also Sequoia National Park. It sounds like it would be a very good value for your travels! Enjoy and have fun visiting the National Parks! :)

BTW, the pass is for a 12-month period, not the calendar year. If you buy it in March, it expires at the end of the next March.

You can purchase it the very moment that you enter the first park. They take credit card.
