Hotel near LAX

What is the best hotel to stay at near the airport for price and quality?

Is it wise to stay near LAX for transportation to the Cruise ship or better off staying in San Pedro? Thanks

It is not wise to stay near LAX or in San Pedro. It is better to stay somewhere nicer in Los Angeles prior to your departure. Otherwise, you can count on an unpleasant prelude to your cruise.

What time do you arrive at LAX? What time do you have to be at the cruise ship terminal? What is your transportation mode for this?

I%26#39;ve stayed at hotels at LAX all my adult life and never knew anything was wrong with them.

I like the weston near LAX.. but if your leavin from San pedro I would stay at the crown plaza.. even a half an hour in traffic is bad near LAX could delay your entire trip

well, if your flight arrives late so that you%26#39;re just want someplace close to LAX and are only staying over night, I%26#39;d say LAX Plaza Hotel in Cluver City . I stayed here in December and found it to be sufficient for an overnighter. It was a comfortable hotel, showed a bit of wear, but was clean %26amp; room service was right on time in the a.m.

It%26#39;s about 5 minutes from LAX, and far enough away that you don%26#39;t have airport noise.

It%26#39;s not in an area I%26#39;d roam around at night, but as I said, it was OK for an overnighter.
