Is Pirates going to be closed again?

Has anyone heard if Pirates is going to be closed in March? I have heard it may be closed for some renovations but wasn%26#39;t sure when it was going to be. We are going to Disneyland in middle of March and would hate to miss it as it was closed the last time we were at Disneyland. Thank you.

It now looks like they cancelled the addition of new AA%26#39;s to match up with the movie in POTC, they are going to do work on Tom Sawyer Island instead.

So you should find Pirates open, but you will find the Island and Fantasmic! closed instead.

Thank you DarkBeer - you have made my day! I was crushed when I originally heard that Pirates would be closed. Will be there May 12 - 17 after 14 years away and my 63 year old cousin has never been. I have 60 days out on my calendar to call for res at Blue Bayou and my Monte Cristo. Will miss Fantasmic - but Pirates is more important to me.

Darkbeer, you indicated that the Island and Fantasmic! closed during March. What about early June?
